The art of coffee

The participants will deliver all about coffee through the theoretical approach to the phases of cultivation, harvesting, selection, roasting, packaging and coffee tasting. It will be a path from the plantation to the cup, quick but intense, to present the complex world of Espresso. This course, usually, offers a short tour of the firm during the production. This course is addressed to professionals, privates interested in it and schools.

Participants: Between 5* and 25 maximum.

Course overview:
Lessons with computer supports too, tour of the firm;
No practical test, no final examination, no certificate of attendance.

9.00 – 12.00: lessons in the classroom
12.00 – 13.00: Tour of the firm.
