Professional training

The participants will learn the theory of Cappuccino, the “LATTE ART”, the method of mixing different ingredients and the decorations and ornamentations of Italian Cappuccino. This course will examine some methods used for simple ingredients (the major part of them still present in the bar/refreshment) for the preparation of recipes of a new line of alternative coffee drinks to enrich the refreshment menu with creative and personal proposals. Some creations will be proved. This course is addressed to professionals.

Course overview:
Hands-on, practical and theoretical instructions, theoretical and practical lessons with experiments and practical tests, final examination and certificate of attendance.

Programme:
9.00 – 11.00: Bases of certified Cappuccino, theory of milk whipping, “Latte art”
11.15 – 13.00: Practical tests for participants

LUNCH BREAK OFFERED BY SCHOOL

14.00 – 15.30: New drinks: to invent, to urge and to delight. The study of refreshment card.
15.45 – 17.00: Practical tests for participants
17.00 – 18.00: Practical examination
