This course provides the acknowledge of the bartender’s work to discover the history and the evolution of this profession and its marketing strategies, but also its techniques used in the preparation of drinks and cocktails. Moreover, it provides free pouring and dosing methods according to the American bartending. This course is addressed to professionals and privates interested in it.
Participants: Between 5* and 10 maximum.
Hands-on, practical and theoretical instructions, theoretical and practical lessons with experiments and technical tests, final examination and certificate of attendance.

17.15 – 18.00: Dosing methods
