“The flair as a customer interaction method”. It is a way to have fun and to do marketing. The word “flair” derived from English and means aptitude, style and bent. The third module of American bartending studies how this marketing strategy is born, the use of it and therefore how it can be used in the bar counter and finally its tricks. This course provides a way to learn how to prepare small shows entertaining customers and using “flair” with everything you still have in your bar counter. This course is addressed to professionals and privates interested in it.

Participants: Between 5* and 10 maximum.

Course overview:
Hands-on, practical and theoretical instructions, theoretical and practical lessons with experiments and technical tests, final examination and certificate of attendance.

14.00 – 14.45: What is “flair”, its history and the difference between “working flair” and “show flair”
14.45 – 15.30: Basic moves and how to build a routine in drinks preparation
15.30 – 16.00: Juggling and European style
16.00 – 17.00: Shaker and Bottle – Working Flair
17.00 – 18.00: Shaker and Bottle – Show Flair
18.00 – 19.00: Examination
